Welcome to Panhandle Pet Cleanup (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our website, booking services, or submitting a lead form, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Services Provided
Panhandle Pet Cleanup provides:
- Residential pet waste removal
- Commercial pet waste removal
- Pet waste station maintenance
- Dog park cleaning
- Sanitizing & deodorizing treatments (Wysiwash)
- One-time, weekly, bi-weekly, bi-monthly and monthly services
We reserve the right to update or modify service offerings at any time.
2. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure proper service, customers must:
- Provide safe, unobstructed access to the yard
- Ensure all dogs are indoors or securely restrained
- Remove excessive debris or obstacles that prevent walking
- Notify us of aggressive pets, locked gates, broken latches, or hazards
- Maintain outdoor lighting for evening service (if applicable)
If we cannot access the yard or feel unsafe, the visit may be skipped and billed.
3. Billing & Payments
- Payments follow a pre-payment model and billed monthly on the 1st of the month (example, for the month of December, payment is due on the 1st of December)
- Accepted payment methods include: Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App, Cash or other approved processors
- Late payments may result in paused service
- Pricing may vary based on number of dogs, yard size, frequency, or distance
- Any fee changes will be communicated in advance.
4. Missed Visits & Inclement Weather
We work in most weather conditions except:
- Lightning
- Severe storms
- Flooded yards
- Unsafe travel conditions
If weather prevents service, we may:
- Reschedule within a reasonable timeframe
- Skip the visit without charge
- Complete a double cleanup on the next visit (fee may apply depending on waste volume)
5. Waste Volume Conditions
Heavy accumulation (first-time cleanups, multiple dogs, neglected yards) may incur an additional one-time cleanup fee.
Customers will be notified before extra charges apply.
6. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you feel an area was missed, contact us within 24 hours and we will return at no additional cost.
7. Property Damage
While we take great care on your property:
- We are not responsible for damage caused by yard hazards (holes, tools, rocks, toys, landscape issues)
- We are not liable for animal waste left unseen in tall grass, leaves, or overgrown areas
- We are not responsible for injuries caused by unsafe pets, aggressive animals, or unsecured fences
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your service at any time with proper notice (see Refund & Cancellation Policy below). If you cancel after a yard accumulates waste, a first-time cleanup fee may be required if you reinstate service.
9. Commercial Services
Commercial properties (apartments, dog parks, HOAs) may require an onsite walk-through and signed service agreement before start of services.
10. Right to Refuse Service
We may refuse or discontinue service for:
- Repeated unsafe conditions
- Nonpayment
- Excessively neglected yards
- Aggressive animals
- Harassment or inappropriate conduct
11. Liability
Panhandle Pet Cleanup is not responsible for:
- Illnesses or diseases contracted from existing pet waste or contaminated surfaces
- Damage caused by existing landscape conditions
- Issues arising from non-disclosed hazards or aggressive pets
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions follow Florida state law.
