Customers can choose from convenient weekly service plans or schedule a one-time cleanup when their yard needs a fresh start. With easy sign-up, flexible service, and no long-term contracts, getting a cleaner yard has never been easier.

During each visit, our team thoroughly walks your property and removes dog waste using professional scooping equipment. Waste is securely bagged and properly disposed of, leaving you with a cleaner yard without having to handle the dirty work yourself.

We keep you informed every step of the way. You'll receive a reminder before your scheduled service, an "on the way" notification before we arrive, and a message when your service is complete. Before leaving, we'll make sure your gate is securely closed and send you a photo confirmation for added peace of mind.

Your pets' health and safety are extremely important to us. After every property, we clean and disinfect our equipment and footwear with kennel-grade disinfectant to help minimize the spread of germs and illness between yards.

Your Dog’s Safety Comes First

Above all else, your dog’s safety is our top priority at Panhandle Pet Cleanup. After every service, we clean and disinfect our equipment and footwear using kennel-grade disinfectant to help minimize the spread of germs, bacteria, and illness between properties.

Before leaving your yard, we’ll make sure your gate is securely closed and send you a photo confirmation. It’s one more way we give you peace of mind knowing your yard is clean, your gate is secure, and your pup is safe. 🐾

Panhandle Pet Cleanup has no contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time. You can easily do this on our website or by calling in.

Yes, Panhandle Pet Cleanup is fully licensed and insured to make sure your family, property and dogs are in safe care.

Yes, we provide pooper scooper service year round. In the fall, you must maintain your yard and leaves so that we can see the waste.  

To help us provide the best and most thorough service possible, please follow these simple guidelines:

1. Keep Your Yard Accessible
   Please make sure we can easily access your yard on your scheduled service day. Gates should be unlocked or accessible using any gate code you’ve provided.
2. Keep Grass & Debris Maintained
   Regularly mowed grass helps us find everything your pup leaves behind. Please keep your yard reasonably free of excessive leaves, pine straw, toys, or other debris. We can only scoop what we can see!
3. Make Sure Gates Are Accessible
   Please keep gates and entryways clear and accessible. If you provide us with a gate code, we’ll make sure your gate is securely closed when we leave and send you a photo for peace of mind.
4. Please Keep  ALL Dogs Inside
   We love meeting friendly pups! However, dogs by nature can be aggressive, protective, or uncomfortable with visitors and  must remain safely indoors while we service your yard. This helps keep your dog and our technicians safe.

A little preparation helps us give you the cleanest, safest, and most reliable service possible. 🐾

After every cleanup, we will double bag the dog waste and place it inside your trash can. If there is no access to your trash can, we will place it next to your gate or garage door.

When you sign up for service, you will be billed on a monthly basis on the day you sign up for service.   Billing is done by credit or debit card through our Paylink sent via text or email.  We do not accept cash or check for service.

If payment is not received before your first cleanup of the month you will be removed from the service schedule until payment is processed. Services billed for the month are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, we are more than happy to clean for the remainder of the month for you if needed.

No, our policy for both our customers, their dogs, and our technicians is NO dog shall be present in the yard during our service time.  While, we are absolutely dog lovers, for the safety of your dogs and our technicians, dogs cannot be present or have access to the yard while our technicians are present in your yard.  If a dog is present, we will make every attempt to contact you to ensure your pups are secured indoors during our service.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business and the need to have efficient routes, you will placed on a day that works around your area. However, you will have the same day every week. Time of day can vary on the route, but you will receive a text notification when we are 30-60 minutes from your property.
